At St Ives Bakery, we want to help all our customers to make informed choices about our products. If you are adhering to a special diet, or have a food allergy or intolerance, please ask a member of staff for help.  To help you, a detailed list of ingredients and allergens can be found in this guide. If you have any allergies, please carefully check it out!

What’s in my bakery goodies?

Beneath each product is a list of ingredients and any allergen ingredients are listed in bold. Please feel free to ask one of our staff if you like a copy of this to take with you.

Cross-contamination

Please note that all our products are made and baked fresh at our bakery just on the outskirts of St ives, which handle ingredients used to make all our products. While we have processes in place to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we are a small business and do not have segregated production lines, so cross-contamination of ingredients is possible.  Our unit handles all the main allergens of dairy, nuts, peanuts, gluten (wheat), egg, sesame, sulphites and soya. If you have a serious allergy to any of these allergens, or one which could cause you to have a major allergic reaction, sadly the only way for you to be 100% safe is not to consume any of our products.

Information for Coeliacs

As above, our products that are made without gluten are made in our unit that handle ingredients containing gluten. Therefore we cannot claim the product is completely gluten-free. We are sorry but we are working on this!

Vegetarian or Vegan?

We are working extremely hard to expand our range for you guys. We have some great products already including our famous flapjack! At present while we are testing what people like our vegetarian and vegan products vary daily. Please ask a member of staff whats available today!

Religious Dietary Information

At present none of our products are certified Halal or Kosher. Any products that contain alcohol will be listed in our ingredients section and on our allergic chart
