At St Ives Bakery we believe that great bread takes time

We have been working for the past two years to perfect the right balance of flours and fermentation to get the slowest possible rise. It takes a fermentation process of up to 48 hours to produce our fabulous breads using the lowest amount of yeast possible in a loaf.
